- The Part Recovery Guides Don't Cover -

Why can you still feel on high alert on high alert? after mold exposure?

Mold exposure can disrupt much more than your living environment. It can bring uncertainty, changes in housing, financial pressure, worry about family, and the feeling that life has narrowed around recovery.

For some people, the emotional strain continues even after they have taken steps to address the environment. Mold trauma recovery can involve working through that stress, learning practical ways to manage difficult moments, and gradually making room for everyday life again. My coaching offers support with those emotional challenges alongside appropriate medical care.

Physical recovery matters. Emotional recovery matters too

Our family, out and rebuilding together

- Why I Created This Program -

Built from personal experience and professional training

My own family has lived through mold exposure, CIRS, PANS, displacement, and the emotional strain that can accompany chronic illness and major life changes. I know firsthand how confusing and isolating that experience can feel.

My professional background and personal experience shaped the Overcoming Mold Trauma Coaching Program. Through trauma-informed coaching, I focus on the emotional challenges that can accompany recovery and practical ways to work with stress, build steadier routines, and move forward at your own pace.

This program is not about dismissing your symptoms or replacing medical treatment. It offers support for the emotional and day-to-day challenges that can come with a difficult recovery journey.

“I am moving forward. I can feel safe again. My life can become bigger than mold.”

It's about helping your nervous system begin to believe that, again.

- The 6-Week Mold Trauma & Recovery Virtual Coaching Program -

Six weeks of support, regulation, and forward movement

Each week builds on the last — from understanding your story to integrating what you've learned into daily life.

- Week 01 -

Understanding your story

We'll get to know one another and identify how your mold experience has affected your life — exploring the connection between chronic illness, stress, and the nervous system, and naming the patterns keeping your body on alert.

- Week 02 -

Creating safety in the nervous system

Practical regulation skills to help your body distinguish between past danger and present safety, plus tools you can use when symptoms, environments, or thoughts trigger your nervous system.

- Week 03 -

Triggers, fear & hypervigilance

A smell. A building. A water stain. A symptom. We'll work on recognizing these patterns and building healthier responses — without ignoring legitimate environmental concerns.

Weekly coaching sessions

Trauma-informed coaching focused on nervous system regulation, education, emotional recovery, and practical tools.

EMDR-based exercises

Structured exercises inspired by EMDR principles to address triggers, emotional activation, and nervous system patterns.

Open discussion & connection

A supportive environment where participants connect with people who understand the mold recovery experience.

- Good to Know -

This is coaching — not therapy

The Overcoming Mold Trauma Coaching Program is an educational and coaching program focused on trauma-informed strategies, nervous system regulation, accountability, and personal growth. Although Jacqueline brings her professional training and experience to this work, participation in this coaching program does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

The program may incorporate EMDR-based concepts and exercises, but it is not the complete EMDR psychotherapy protocol and should not be considered a substitute for individualized mental health treatment. Participants who need individualized psychotherapy are encouraged to work with their own licensed mental health professional.

- Meet Jacqueline -

A trauma-informed professional with a heart for helping

I believe recovery should leave room for more than managing what has happened. As a trauma-informed recovery coach, I support people navigating the emotional impact of mold exposure, chronic stress, and major life changes. Drawing on my professional background and personal experience, I offer practical nervous-system regulation tools and a compassionate space to work toward a steadier way forward.

My goal is to help others recover not only their sense of safety — but their lives.

- A Gentle Reminder -

You are allowed to build a life beyond mold.

You can remain appropriately aware of your health and surroundings — while teaching your nervous system that every moment isn't an emergency. You can experience joy again. You can make plans again. You can trust yourself again.

Your mold story can be part of your story, without becoming your entire story.
